Still, now I am an adult who reads almost every day. Reading is a valuable skill that has helped me to improve my knowledge and vocabulary.

You don’t need much free time to read as there are always moments when we feel bored or don’t know what else to do.
You can use these moments for reading instead of wasting them on playing games on your phone or watching TV shows that aren’t interesting (I admit I do this too :)). When I was younger, I always used this strategy: if my mom asked me something while waiting for dinner in front of the oven, I would sit down and read instead of answering her question right away! This made me feel like I was doing something meaningful instead of just standing there doing nothing, waiting for our food;) And it wasn't only about keeping yourself busy but also about gaining knowledge from books which helps us grow mentally and spiritually - giving us new perspectives on life!

Close your email inbox and turn off notifications from social media sites like Facebook or Twitter—these can be a huge distraction!
