The Secret, written by Rhonda Byrne, is a New York Times bestseller that has sold more than 19 million copies worldwide. It's been translated into 48 languages and featured on major TV shows like Oprah and Larry King's Life. The book teaches readers how to use the law of attraction to live their dreams and become happier people. It's sold millions of copies because it contains timeless wisdom that can help anyone succeed in all areas of life!

1. The law of attraction is a universal law that says everything you think and feel will have a corresponding manifestation.

It's not some superstitious hocus-pocus or religious mumbo jumbo; it's a complicated science (yes, there is such a thing as "hard science"). Two people discovered the law of attraction: Rhonda Byrne and Dr. Joe Vitale. They wrote this book together in 2006 after years of research into the subject and conducted experiments on their own lives to prove their findings were valid.

2. Thoughts are things, and you attract what you think about most.

The Law of Attraction is a universal law that states: "You attract into your life what you think about."

When you get to the core of it, all manifestation boils down to this one simple law. You constantly attract things into your life based on your thoughts and feelings. If you want something new in your life, you must change how you think about yourself, other people, and the world around you.

If this sounds too good to be true - hang in there! It's not just for a select few with extraordinary abilities or willpower (although these factors help). You can also use The Secret - even if all of it seems like magic right now!

3. If you want something, it's yours.

There are no accidents in the universe. But you have to manifest those thoughts into reality.

You have to look at the world as a mirror. When you think about what you want, the universe will provide it for you. If you are thinking about something, then it is your destiny that comes true.

The universe is like a giant computer that runs on thoughts and emotions. Whatever you think about in your mind becomes a reality in the physical world because of energy waves, frequencies, and vibrations which can be measured scientifically. Still, as far as we know, there are no accidents in this universe – everything happens for a reason!

This is one of my favorite lessons from The Secret because I believe in being positive and having faith that good things will come my way if I am grateful for them now while they are still on their way here!

4. When humans make something necessary, they send out their intention toward the universe.

The Universe responds to that intention by giving them exactly what they want.

The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law that Abraham discovered. It states that our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions are magnets for attracting more of those same things into our lives. In other words, thoughts are magnetic energy attracting similar thoughts from the Universe.

When humans make something important to them, they send out their intention towards the universe. The universe responds to that intention by giving them exactly what they want.

The law of attraction is a universal law that says everything you think and feel will have a corresponding manifestation. If your thoughts are negative, then your reality will also reflect negativity. If your reviews are positive, then your reality will also reflect positivity.

Living by the law of attraction doesn't matter whether you have good or bad thoughts. What matters is that you choose to think about what you want so that the universe can respond to your intention with more of those same things. Thoughts are magnetic energy that attracts similar thoughts from the Universe. When humans make something essential for them, they send out their intention toward the universe.

5. No one is responsible for your happiness but yourself, so don't blame others for your unhappiness.

In the book, Rhonda Byrne explains that external factors do not just determine your life. You have the power to create your reality, even if it's a negative one. If someone else is unhappy with their life, it doesn't mean you are responsible for their unhappiness.

It may be tempting to blame others for their actions or feel responsible for their happiness, but this isn't always the case. No one is responsible for another person's emotions and feelings (or lack thereof).

You can't blame others if they don't behave as you want them to; instead, focus on how you want to respond in situations where another person has disappointed or upset you.

The first step towards achieving happiness is recognizing that you are responsible for your enjoyment. People are often guilty of blaming the weather, other people, or circumstances for their unhappiness. This is not the case! No one can make you happy but yourself.

6. How can you be happy when there is so much to hate and fear?

The first lesson is about how you can be happy when there is so much to hate and fear. The secret is that your mind has the power to create what you want, but for it to do this, you must focus on what you have, not what you don't have. If all of your thoughts are focused on what someone else has and how they got it, then that’s all that will happen in your life. On the other hand, if you focus on being thankful for all the good things in your life, those good things will come back even more abundantly into your life.

As I was going through a rough patch with my health due to Lyme Disease (which had gone untreated for almost two years), one d, ay I decided enough was enough! I decided there was no reason I should stay sick and keep getting worse when thousands of people just like me were much worse off than me. So instead of thinking about how bad my situation was by comparison or what had happened in the past; instead I began focusing on where I could go from here...and it worked! It wasn't long before my health improved dramatically!

7. You are responsible for your feelings, not other people or circumstances.

This lesson is about choice and responsibility. You may not be able to control how others act or what happens in the world around you, but you can control how you respond to them and how you interpret those responses.

Think of it as a game of chess played on a table-top battlefield where two armies are fighting: One army consists of people who believe they are responsible for their own emotions, while the other military consists of people who think they are not for their feelings. The first team has the potential to win because believing that we aren't accountable for our feelings means we won't bother trying to change them! Instead, we'll focus on changing others' behavior—which never works because everyone is free to reject such attempts at manipulation.

The second team doesn't even have this option; they only have one choice: Take responsibility for themselves and learn ways to improve their mental states through conscious effort and self-examination (like meditation).

8. If you constantly focus on what you don't want, that will continue to show up in your life.

Instead of focusing on what's not working and thinking about how things could be better, focus on the positive things in your life. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, then focus on all of the healthy foods that you're eating and all of the exercises that you're doing.

9. If one thing isn't working out for you, don't dwell on it—focus on all the other things in your life that are going well.

If you focus on what you don't want, that's exactly what will continue to show up in your life. Instead of focusing on what's not working and thinking about how things could be better, focus on the positive things in your life. For example, if your goal is to lose weight, then focus on all of the healthy foods that you're eating and all of the exercises that you're doing.

10. What is going on in your mind is what you attract.

You are responsible for your happiness. You are the creator of your reality, and what you think about most is what you attract into your life. If you want a better life, change your thoughts and behavior so that they match up with what you desire.

The bottom line: Whatever is going on in your mind IS what's happening in the world around you—and it's all self-created!

What does this mean? For starters, if someone is yelling at me or being rude to me in public (or even just looking mean), I'm projecting those feelings back onto them because my subconscious mind believes this person is angry at me or has some grudge against me. In other words, if someone else has a negative vibe, it might be coming from YOU instead!

11. You can change your thoughts. You can change your reality. You can change your life.

Visualization is a powerful technique to turn the invisible into the visible because what you see with your eyes closed in real-time becomes physical matter!

Visualization is a powerful technique to turn the invisible into the visible because what you see with your eyes closed in real-time becomes physical matter!

This is why it's so essential for us to be aware of our thoughts and emotions. We will attract negative situations if we have negative thoughts and emotions because our beliefs create our reality. On the other hand, if we have positive thoughts and feelings, this also manifests itself in positive outcomes. Scientific research had proven that whenever a person visualizes something happening or something they wish would happen (an event), there is an 80% chance of its occurrence happening or occurring within two weeks from when it was first visualized!

Here are some visualization examples: Let's say you walk through a park and see a tree with bright red leaves. You've never seen anything like it before, so decide to take some pictures for later viewing when you get home.

Even if positive thinking isn't enough in some cases, it's essential to remember that feeling good is more important than being right!

12. The Secret is about the power of positive thinking. It’s about feeling good, not being right.

In many cases, positive thinking is more important than being right! Focusing on the negative things in life and always trying to be right can lead to stress and anxiety.

It’s essential to always keep in mind that feeling good is more important than being right! When we focus on what we want (rather than what we don't wish to), think positively, and accept adversity as a part of life, great things happen!

It's also essential to be grateful for what we have in our lives because focusing solely on all the things that are missing will only make us feel worse. If t, there were no more problems or challenges left in life, then none would remain worthy enough for us even notice them anymore...

In short...

The truth is that we are all responsible for our happiness. We cannot expect others to make us happy, and we can't rely on outside sources to bring joy into our lives. When you focus on what you want rather than what you don't have, your life will change in ways that are better suited for achieving those goals.
